How to Log In to cPanel

You can access your cPanel in two ways:

Method 1: Login from Client Area (no extra password)

1. Log in to the IngenHost Client Area.

2. Go to Services → My Services.

3. Select your hosting package.

4. Click Login to cPanel.
    You’ll be logged in directly without entering another password.

 Method 2: Login via Direct URL

1. Open your browser and go to:

   • https://yourdomain.com/cpanel (once your domain is active)

   • or the server hostname from your Welcome Email (e.g. https://serverXX.ingenhost.com/cpanel).

2. Enter your Username and Password (sent in your welcome email).

3. Click Log in.

 If Your Domain Is Not Pointing Yet

• Use the server hostname or server IP with :2083 as given in your welcome email.

• DNS changes can take up to 24 hours.

Reset or Change cPanel Password

• From Client Area → Services → My Services → Select Hosting → Change Password.

• Or open a support ticket if you can’t access Client Area.

 That’s it! You’re now inside cPanel, where you can manage files, emails, databases, SSL, and more.
